Shipping policy

Orders ship out between 3-5 business days. 

Refunds and exchanges are accepted at our discretion for 14 days after delivery, and can be initiated by contacting adrena@retrosteno.com. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our policy for returns for any reason lasts 14 days. If 14 days have been reached since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

If your order is not correct or damaged, we will do our best to make it right!
